To obtain JAGUARATE:

The JAGUARATE package is available for downloading (Web access only) through Donald G. Truhlar at the University of Minnesota. To obtain JAGUARATE from Minnesota, print, fill out, and sign the license below and fax to him at 612-626-9390. You will then receive the password required for downloading by email. GAUSSRATE distribution at Minnesota is currently being handled by Software Manager.

Note:

Using JAGUARATE presupposes that the user has both POLYRATE 9.6 and JAGUAR 6.5 on the same computer working properly before attempting to run JAGUARATE. No part of POLYRATE 9.6 or JAGUAR 6.5 is contained in JAGUARATE or needs to be modified for running this program. Thus the user should first obtain POLYRATE from the University of Minnesota, and the user should obtain JAGUAR from Schrödinger, LLC. A version of JAGUARATE for use with JAGUAR 7.0 will be available in the near future.
