HONDOPLUS version 5.1 site license

HONDOPLUS is a licensed program and use of this program implies acceptance of the terms of the following site license:
    A site license entitles the licensee (the technical support group for a computer center, department, university, or other institution) to install the program and allow access to the executable code, documentation, and test suite to any number of users. The source code may be made available to all members of the technical support group, but may not be redistributed to application users. Application users who need source code should sign a user agreement and obtain their own version of the source code from the University of Minnesota.

    No licensee will redistribute the source code in original or modified form to a party not covered by the site license without the written permission of Donald G. Truhlar or Christopher J. Cramer. A license does not entitle the licensee to re-license the code or distribute it in original or modified form to parties not covered by the license. The licensee has no ownership rights in the HONDOPLUS software or in any copyrights of the HONDOPLUS software or documentation through this license.

    Publications resulting from using this package will cite the corresponding program. The recommended references are given in the documentation. Local documentation on the program should should remind users of this requirement.

    No guarantee is made that this program is bug-free or suitable for specific applications, and no liability is accepted for any limitations in the mathematical methods and algorithms used within the program.
